Act III- questions

1. Beneatha didn't want to be a doctor anymore because she no longer believes that she can help people.
2. Well idealist and realists as he describes it is demanding equality and her attachment to her father's money.
3. Asagai asks Beneatha to go to Africa and live with him back home.
4. Mama announces that they are not going to move and she blames the fault on herself.
5. Walter's solution is to take Mr. Lindner's money instead of moving into the house.
6. Walter didn't take the money because he had changes his mind and the Youngers were proud and to hardworking. They wanted that house. They are going to move into that house.
7. The metaphorical significance that the plant has for the Youngers is that the plant represents hope and happiness because that small plant wouldn't grow but now it is growing and still grows just like the Youngers and how there family is growing and how they are moving into a nice house.
